Duplicate s-mails with attachment

Why do I get duplicate e-mails in my inbox when there is an
attachment?
I do not get duplicates when there is no attachment
Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

If you have your antivirus program set to scan incoming mail, disable that
feature and try again.
