Duplicate tag entries in Tag Summary

Whenever I open the "Tag Summary" pane I see multiple (from 2-7) entries for
each tag. All of the duplicate entries point to the same note tag. It
really makes this useful feature useless.

Did you happen to create any summary pages? This is the only reason I can
think of why duplicate tags would be created.
