Duplicate Tasks in Team Members View

A project plan has been published to the server. The plan
has been modified a few times and only new tasks have been
published. Several team members are now seeing duplicate
task assignments in their task view. (Not all Team Members
are seeing this problem)How did this happen> How can this
be corrected?

Thanks for the information but this does not resolve the
issue.

The problem differs in that there is only one project plan
published to the server. Also note this is a ProjectServer
2003 installation.

Still looking for any additional information or help.
