Duplicated emails

Instead of receiving 1 email for 1 message i am receiving 2 for each message.
In other words my in coming messages are being duplicated.

You're asking in the wrong place: this forum is for the database software
Microsoft Access. Please repost in a forum supporting your email software;
when you do, indicate what version of the program and of Windows, and some
information about your mail server.
