Duplicated messages during importing from Outlook Express

I now have duplicates of ever message..any suggestions on
how to delete all my messages and re-import from outlook
express...

Try select all control A to select all message in your
mailbox and press your delete key if you want to delte all
messages.
When you import there should be an option to check for
duplicates as well.

First, delete everything on Outlook that is also in Outlook Express. Then
use Outlook Express to export your messages to Outlook.
