Duplicates appearing on report - Access 2003

When I run a report, it is showing duplicate information, even though the
information is not duplicated in the table. Any ideas of what is causing this
and how to make it stop?

Is your report tied to the table OR a query? I would first check the
RecordSource of your report since that would be where your report is
looking.
