I have a client running Outlook 2001 for Mac and within
the last day or so 18 duplicates of her personal folders
file appeared within Outlook. When I look at
the "services" option to see if any .pst's appear, there
are none, so I have no way of deleting them. Should I
just create a whole new profile? Any help would be much
appreciated.
