I have created 3 forms. One main form and two new forms. The main form has 5
questions with the "check box" option. Once the 5 questions are answered by
either "yes" or "no" then one of the new form opens or both forms might open
depending on the answers (I created a macro that makes the two forms open).
As I entered data in the main form for the following record and I answered
the questions in the new forms in the following record as well I get the
following error:
"The changes you requested to the table were not succesful because they
would create duplicate values in the index, primary key or relationship"
What I dont understand is if I go to the following record, which is a new
record, why cannot I save the information. What can I do to solve this
problem?
