Duplicating Emails

Hello,

I have a client that when she sends and email it
duplicates up to 100 times in here inbox...
Strange I know, but true.
Anyone seen this? I virus I have not heard of?

Let's just clarify:

When she SENDS an email, she gets that same email in here INBOX?

Not in her Outbox?

One wonders if she is somehow copying herself or getting replies
back from some SMTP server.

Are these the exact same email? Have they ever been SENT (and
then received into the Inbox)?

Is she perhaps using a Distribution list that has some strange
membership or causes strange behavior?
