I have several tables in my database that require annual recertification.
Is there a way to set up a table that will automatically make a new entry per
person when the new year starts?
Here is a visual of what I am talking about:
SURNAME YEAR CLASS1 CLASS2
ADAMS 2004 10-AUG-04 5-JUN-04
SMITH 2004 12-AUG-04 7-JUN-04
ADAMS 2005
SMITH 2005
If I am doing this COMPLETELY WRONG, I am open to any suggestions that you
may have.
