I am trying to find out if I can set up an administrator with all the
shared calendars in the office and then be able to take a file and
pass all those shared calendars to the other clients. I am not sure if
you can do this. I am trying not to have to go to every client and set
up shared calendars for everyone. Does anyone know if you can do this?
I have heard that when you set up shared calendars that outlook makes
an (xml) file that you can copy and place in the outlook folder of the
other client and that would then set up the shared calendars for that
person. Does this work?? and what file is it?? Any help would be
helpful.
