Duration becomes zero

Hi! I am currently using another project plan tool called SMS and there is
an option to Import a MS Project to SMS and an option as well to synch both
project plans. SMS also has this option to manage the workplan's actual only
- meaning, I use the MS project to plan and schedule everything but actuals
are to be charged in SMS. My porblem is when I complete a task in SMS and do
a synch, the original duration defined in the workplan becomes zero. So when
I do a synch again, both SMS and workplan reflects zero.

A team in our company is currently looking at SMS but I am raising this here
since this might be MS project related. :-D
