duration format type

Any leaf nodes in the task list appear to be set to 7. All other nodes
appear to be set to 21. Looking at the PSD schema, values of 7
represent "days." However, the unit of measure in TASK_DUR and
TASK_ACT_DUR is still set to 1/10 of a minute. Does TASK_DUR_FMT ever
change to something besides 7? If so, does it ever change the
representation of the TASK_DUR data to units other than 1/10 of a
minute?

I think that the Task_DUR_FMT is how these are displayed in the project
plan(Project Pro), the actual duration fields are alway stored in the DB as
1/10ths of minutes.
