duration: Hours vs. days

I have a master project and some projects are in hours, others days. I open the ones with hours, and go to tools/options/schedule and duration is shown in days, I recheck this but still shows hours in master project (and in individual project as well). How do I change all to see days in duration and slack. Also occassionally get a slack that shows x.99 or such, any ideas how this happes? Perhaps connected to other problem.

I would recommend that you open each subproject in which Duration is
formatted in days and then click Tools - Macro - Macros. Select the
Format_Duration macro, select "Days" and then click OK. Hope this helps.
