DVD Database template

Prior releases of Access have contained a template used by the DATADASE
Wizard that creates a DVD database. How can this template be made available
to Access 2003?

Thanks Fred but I already found that. When it is downloaded it appears be
the end result of running the Database Wizard with the DVD Database Template.
Is there a way to decompose this to the original template?
