i bought a dvd drive sony i had instal the drive into my computer Dvd does
not work but cd with music works can any suggest what can i do

Is this a PowerPoint question, or are you asking for general help getting
DVDs to work in the drive? If it's the latter, you probably need to contact
Sony.
