Is it possible to insert a clip from a DVD into a power
point presentation, with only a CD Rom, and not a DVD
player as my D drive. Thank you for any help you can
provide.

Convert the clip to a PPoint-compatible format ( .avi, .mpeg )...just be
careful 'bout size, though.
