Dynamic connector

Hello,

I am a new Visio user so I hope there are some experts out there who can
assist me. I am using Visio 2007.

How do I connect a shape on Page 1 to another shape on Page 2 using the
dynamic connector or is there another method to do this?

My organisation chart runs over 2 pages as I cannot fit all the information
on 1 page.

Dynamic connectors cannot cross page boundaries.
Some alternatives
Larger page
Limiting the number of employee's/managers per page (by department ?)
