DYNAMIC Connectors - Visio 2003 - How Can I Stop the Automation?

Somehow, as I was finishing my VISIO, the automated dynamic connectors turned
on, and I can't find any information on how to disable this, as I like.

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
