Dynamic creation of Pivot table, grouping it and making Pivot Char

I need some help as I am writing a program to create Pivot table from a
query, grouping the details in it and then prepare Pivot chart.

I am able to program for Pivot table creation, but have no idea as to how I
can grouping the details and create Pivot chart from it.
