Dynamic dropdowns w/ a SQL database

Is there a relatively easy method to add dynamic
dropdowns to a web page? Basically, I'm looking to add
the ability to have one dropdown be dependent on another
dropdown's selection. All of the data is connected to a
SQL database.

Any help would be appreciated.
