Dynamic Sig, please, HELP!

Hi all,

I want Outlook 2k3 to _dynamically_ read from a sig file and use the
contents of the sig file at the bottom of my emails. I.e. the contents
of the file are changing over time, and I want the current contents to
be appended to my comms when I hit the New Mail button. Is this
possible?!
