E-mail a worksheet

I have a spreadsheet with several worksheets. The worksheet I want to
email to a co-worker, for example reads from 5 different worksheets of
the same spreadsheet. I would like to know a way to email only one
worksheet (tab) not the whole spreadsheet. I don't have or know VBA.
