Need help to de-activate/re-activate email accounts in MSOutlook 2003.
You can either define an e-mail account or delete it.
You can specify which accounts are included (or excluded) in the mail
polls.
Presumably you already know how to delete an e-mail account.
To change which accounts are included in the mail polls, go to Tools ->
Send/Receive Settings -> Define Send/Receive Groups, select the account
group (containing the account you want to enable/disable), click Edit,
and then select/deselect which accounts to include in that group during
the mail poll. That is the menu navigation in OL2002. It may be
different in OL2003.
