My problem is that if I "attempted" to send an e-mail
Today, it will stay in my Outbox for about three days.
The e-mail will not get delivered and moved into my Sent
Folder for an average of three days. When I close out of
Outlook, it asks me "You have messages in your outbox.
Are you sure you want to close outlook?" and it give me
15 seconds to determine yes or no. How can I get rid of
this so the next time I send an e-mail it will
automatically go through without hesitation?

Look again at Tools > Options > Mail Setup. Those answers are not possible.
What error message do you get when sending fails?
Examine the setting in the File menu for Offline status.
You claim that your messages get sent every 3 days?

My mail account is msn.com.
I use a LAN server.
I use it Online, not offline.
My Outlook version is version 2000 Premium.
Tools->Options->Mail Setup->mail.hotmail.com-
(e-mail address removed), Outgoing server number=25.

There is not enough information here for anyone to
answer you. You would
need to state your mail account type, its connection
type, and whether you
are set to work Offline. Also include your Outlook
version and the settings
you have specified for sending mail in Tools >
Options... > Mail Setup.

When I try to send e-mails, they are frozen in the
outbox
and do not get sent for about three days. When I leave
Outlook, I get a message, "You still have messages in
your outbox. Are you sure you want to leave." When I
first choose send, it does not get sent. It stays in my
outbox. If I re-typed it, two e-mails will stay in the
outbox for about three days. How can I fix Outlook?
