Hi,
When composing a message in the section where e-mail address is entered (To:
(e-mail address removed)),
Outlook XP retains that information for future quicker response, but if you
decide to update your contact with a new e-mail
address([email protected]) Outlook doesn't
verify your changes with the address book unless you press ALT+K, so by
typing an e-mail address johnsmith.... Outlook will bring up the old address
and show the new one underneath it.
My question is: how to remove and/or clear previously entered e-mail address
or completely disable this feature that each time you type an address
Outlook has to verify it with the contact list.
Thanks!
Chris
