word 2002 as instaled will not allow word doc as
attachmnet. downloaded updates to no avail.
originally,send as attachment command not on send menu.
ran tools/customize and dragged command to send. upon
closing customize window, new command went inactive and
won't respond. same thing happened when put on the
toolbar.
only thing I saw on microsoft help on this topic related
to win.ini file on word 2000. any answer will be
appreciated.
