E-mail Attachments

We have just updated to outlook 2003 and are having
problems with printing of attachments.

When we print the messsage in HTML format the message is
printed but in the information bar the attachment is not
showing we have the from/ to/ date information but no
attach icon/ file extension.

However if we edit the message to plain text/ rich text
the e-mail attachment is displayed as an icon with the
file extension printing out within the information bar.
Can anybody help fix this problem ???
