I collect e-mail addresses in an Access data base. How can I use that
collection as a distribution list for an on-line newsletter?

You might try using WorldCast from Fairlogic.com:

Arvin Meyer has a couple of samples (EmailSenate and EmailSenate2K) for
sending multiple reports to multiple recipients. I suppose you could use an
Access report for your newsletter.

I like WorldMerge (http://www.coloradosoft.com/), which I have used
successfully on a number of occasions.

I understand the Word's Mail Merge function will do the same things, but I
haven't tried it yet.
