E-mail download problem in 2003

I have been using the 2003 beta and periodically it will
only download 1 or 2 messages from the mail server then
give an error message saying the server was interrupted.
This happens with two different isps. If I go into the
servers by browser and delete few e-mails, Outlook will
then download the rest and work OK for a few days.

I found something on the knowledge base regarding this
issue and Norton Internet Security. I did as advised, but
it didnt help. I even uninstalled Norton Internet
Security.

Could this be a beta problem? I hate to buy the new
version, as I planned, if this problem is going to
continue.
