e-mail filters

I had two messages sent to me with my e-mail address in the TO box. I have
filters in place to direct my e-mail to certain folders. Messages with my
e-mail address are supposed to come to the inbox. Why in this case did they
go the junk mail folder? I am using Outlook 2003.

Another problem is that some messages are getting duplicated in folders. One
copy of a message will go to a folder based on the message rule. A second
copy of the same message will go to the deleted items folder--why?
This is not the way the rules are setup and each one ends with a stop
processing more rules so that they run independant.

Because something in the body of the messages triggered the junk mail
filter.
