E-Mail from Exchange server - double and wrong E-Mail adressresolution with REPLY or REPLY ALL

S

Stephan Beckmann

When I reply to the e-mail from some of my colleagues (all same domain /
same exchange server), I have their E-Mail Adress two times, one is the
correct one like "(e-mail address removed)" but the second one ist only "name" and
for obvious reasons this causes a replay from the server, that E-Mail
recipient is not available.

My current workaround is deleting the wrong version by hand - who knows a
better solution?

Does their "From" field have their name listed with a comma (last name
first)?

Text strings with commas need to be enclosed in Quotes or Entourage
rightly gets confused. I'm not sure if there's a setting that needs to
be changed on the Exchange server to properly add the quotes.

I never had this problem on my Exchange server, which used Last Name
First names, so I know it's possible.
