whenever the client sends e-mail they have to wait for minutes before the new
message window closes and this blocks the user from accessing outlook... I've
tried reinstalling Outlook 2003 but the problem still exists.... also
disabling the scanning of outgoing e-mail but it is still slow.... what more
can I do?
