I have someone that has linked each of his e-mails to each of his contacts in
BCM. Also, the BCM toolbar is missing. The last time this happened we had
to delete his profile and restore it to original settings.
Couple of questions:
Is there an easier fix to this?
Is this user error or a BCM issue? He claims "it just happened, I clicked
on nothing"
So I am trying to figure out why, how to fix it easily and how to get it to
not happen again.
I am not IT, I have been kind of pushed into the role so dumb it down for me
please.
