E-Mail Merge Issue With Locked Fields

Using Office 2003 Pro, I'm attempting an e-mail merge using an e-mail message
that has been sent to me. The message I'm forwarding has been saved locally
as an .htm file. Completing the merge triggers the following error:
"Word found locked fields during update. Word cannot update locked fields."
Clicking OK clears the error and sends the e-mail correctly, but the error
returns for every name in the merge.
I attempted the solutions in KB article 292155, but neither solution
provided there solved the problem.
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Typing "mail merge locked fields" into Word help offers the following tip:

-To unlock a field so that field results can be updated, click the field,
and then press CTRL+SHIFT+F11

This was not, by itself, helpful to me because I could not locate any
"fields" in my document, let alone any that may have been locked.
However, performing a Select All affects all fields in the document without
having to explicitly find and select each in particular, so CTRL+A,
CTRL+SHIFT+F11 unlocked all fields and allowed for an error-free e-mail merge.

I do not know how to "close" a post, but this issue has been solved.
