So here is the situation. I am performing a pilot implementation of
Project Server 2003 for a client. During the pilot phase, they decided
to NOT implement RBS as they want full visibility, and currently the
user sample is too narrow for RBS to be effective. That being stated,
when alerts are setup for "my resources", does that include project
members for project managers, in other words, if an assignment is
overdue, will a project manager be alerted provided they setup the
notification properly? Or is the alerting on my resources solely based
on RBS?
