That is something that should not have gone out to the newsgroups
because that is strictly an Excel Forum thing.
But if you would like to switch to newsgroups using Outlook Express
without the advertising that you must be getting, and without putting
additional copies of newsgroup postings onto web pages which make it
harder to look for real web pages without getting newsgroup postings
mixed in.
You would know very quickly if anyone posted anything to your
thread because the newsgroup would be highlighted in red and
the your watched conversation would be in Red among your
unread messages. Your turnaround would probably improve as well.
Of course people who get the most of the newsgroups use their own names.
If you want a different email address than your normal email then get
a hotmail email address, or one from yahoo.
