In addition to supporting a single user, it has work group capabilities that
would be unlikely in a template. This workgroup feature will allow groups of
users to monitor and access messages taken so that if a colleague phones in
for their messages, all messages can be picked up by anyone in the workgroup
- not just the person who took the message.
We have been delivering addins for Outlook for a number of years and would
