e-mail pictures

I need to set up a profile to send an e-mail pic...outlook express did this
just fine,
but since my upgrade with Office I need to creat a profile with every pic or
it will not send...What is this "profile" Why can't I just use express?

Have you actually configered Outlook?
If not and you want to continue using Outlook Express, check in Internet
Options that Express is shown as the mail handler.
And if you have no desire to use Outlook, uninstall it by modifying the
Office installation to make Outlook unavailable
