Our office just got upgraded to Office 2007, however when I send a document
in Word or Excel no one can open it. They get the message that the Zip
archive file is unsupported. Does anyone know how to correct this? Thanks!

Office 2007 uses a new document format - docx, xlsx, pptx.
There are two ways to solve this. The best way is to get your recipients to
download and install the Office Compatibility Pack. They can get it here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...70-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&displaylang=en
That has the added benefit in that your recipients will also get the
additional fonts in Office 2007.

The second way is to either set your copy of Office 2007 to default to
Office 97-2003 type files, which rather misses then point of the new file
format, or to do a Save As when you want to send a file to someone whom you
know has not got Office 2007...

Okay, so YOU upgraded to Office 2007. Did everyone else to whom you
send documents also upgrade to Office 2007? If not, did they download
and install the Compatibility Pack to add support in their older
versions of Office to read your XML-based zip-containered .*x files?
