e-mail rules for Outlook XP

I receive lots of junk mail in my in box, and I will like to create a rule
for these e-mail, I know how to create a rule for one e-mail at a time, is
there a way for 10-20 e-mails it would be much easier. I have outlook XP

Since the 20 emails would have different headers, subjects, senders, etc.
there is no way to create a blanket rule for every mail using just one junk
mail request.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
