That will work if the files are WAVs. If they are WMAs or MP3s they are linked.
Confused, you will need to send the linked clips along with the presentation.
You'll first need to locate them, copy and paste them into the same folder as
the presentation, then insert them in the presentation (in that order). Since
you've already inserted them, you'll need to delete them and then re-insert them
once they are in your presentation folder. Then when you are ready you can zip
all of the files together and send the zipped file via email.
