When composing a new e-mail in Outlook, I'm experiencing two problems.
When I click "action" on the toolbar then point to "New Mail message," and
select the stationary of choice:
I see the stationary in full, the artwork and the default backround color
and my text. However the recipient either doesn't see the "backround" color
but see's the artwork and text, or see's all the the text but doesn't see
either the artwork or the default backround??
I tried sending to myself and the same occurs.
Why does this happen? Do I need to reset anything?
Please! I'm brand new at this and would really appreciate some help. HELP! :-0
