E-mail to a large group

Hi,
currently i am using custom made my company e-mail program. If i have to
send more reciepent, i have to key in or select one by one from the name
list. Is there any application can store and filter e-mailing list, so easy
when i want to e-mail, i can copy and paste to send box.

Are you using Outlook? If not, it is not an Office related question. If
yes, then use either categories (preferred) or a Distribution List. Mail
merge is also an option using either of the two methods.
