e-mail to category

How do I send the same e-mail message to everyone in a category? Is there a
way to create a distribution list by selecting all contacts in a category,
rather than adding names one by one? Thanks.

Use the By Category view of your Contacts Folder
Select the Category
Actions > New Message to Contact....
