Absolutely nothing. But remember that if the recipient does not have
Publisher, they will not be able to open the file.
http://www.mvps.org/publisher/sharing.html has info on sharing Publisher
files with people without Publisher.

In addition to Ed's great advice, you can go to File > Send Email > Send
Publication as Attachment (Publisher 2003)
