Mail Merge: Customize Greeting Line

When building a e-mail merge in Publisher 2007 I learned that I can type a
custom greeting line in the Greeting Line for Invalid Recipients field in the
Insert Greeting Line dialog box, for example, "Dear Friend:"

My question is whether anyone knows if there is a way to have "Dear Friend:"
be in the drop-down for this field or do I have to enter it each time I
create an e-mail merge?
