I am not receiving some MAC users e-mails into my outlook inbox. Why?
Because they're mailing you at the wrong address?
Let's try a little more information.
What type of server are you connecting to?
What type of server is the MAC user connecting to?
Do you have web based access to your mailbox where you can see if the message
is there?
Have you checked to make sure you don't have any rules configured that might
be moving the message?
