e-mail with read receipt

I'm using Outlook Express to send my e-mail newsletter. Outlook Express
itself has the "read receipt" functionality but when I attempt to send my
newsletter using the Publisher feature, I don't see that the "read receipt"
option is available. We are trying to obtain information on who is reading
our messages so we can follow up with them. Any ideas?

Read receipt is not reliable. It will not work with web-based email programs
and some of us have changed our settings so that you'd never know if I read
it or not. Since you can't tell how people are accessing your email or what
their settings are, it's just a waste of your time.
