I need to be able to print my e-mails with the date delivered and date read
on each e-mail. Please let me know how I can accomplish this.

AFAIK you can't. You would need to print out the Delivery receipt and the
read receipt as separate documents AFAIK.....why are you needing to do this?

because i need this for documentation purposes in the event I am told I never
knew what was going on.
